Michael Louge

Mike joined Tamarind Hill after retiring from a 19-year tenure at OhioHealth, Central Ohio’s largest hospital system, where he served as both CFO and COO. During Mike’s tenure at Ohio Health he served for 10 years on the Board of the Ohio Hospital Association including as its Chair. Prior to this, Mike was the CFO of Seton Healthcare Network. Mike understands the needs of large health system stakeholders that Tamarind Hill’s portfolio companies sell into, offering valuable insights into how to address their challenges and connect with them effectively. With extensive experience in navigating health system inefficiencies, he spent much of his career focused on identifying and fixing these inefficiencies, making him a key advisor to Tamarind Hill's portfolio companies selling into healthcare systems.
